NexDocs Terms of Service

1. Service and operator
NexDocs is a web-based business-document preparation service operated by Cossa Nexus Holdings (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. It provides guided briefs, editable drafts, document-management features, paid assistant guidance and PDF export tools.
2. Accounts and permitted use
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining the security of your account, and activity performed through it. NexDocs must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing purposes, or to misrepresent a document as professionally approved when it is not.
3. Generated documents and professional advice
NexDocs produces editable drafts from information supplied by users. Generated material must be reviewed before use and may require review by a qualified professional. NexDocs does not replace legal, tax, accounting, financial, HR, safety or other regulated professional advice and does not guarantee that a generated document will satisfy every law, regulator, tender, contract or factual situation.
4. Intellectual property
Cossa Nexus Holdings retains rights in NexDocs software, branding, interfaces and service materials. Subject to these terms, users may use and edit documents created for them from their own supplied information for their legitimate business purposes. Users remain responsible for ensuring that material they upload or supply does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Subscription and billing
NexDocs includes a 10-day guided document preview and a permanent limited free plan. R99 in ZAR buys one month of paid access after explicit payment. Yoco does not automatically renew. Payment and price-change rules are described in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep NexDocs available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages and technical failures may temporarily affect the service. Material changes affecting subscription pricing or terms will be communicated as required before they take effect.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel according to the Subscription & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment or serious breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, NexDocs and Cossa Nexus Holdings are not responsible for decisions made solely from an unreviewed generated draft, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or use outside the intended service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
Personal and business information is handled as described in the Privacy & POPIA Policy. Yoco handles card credentials during online checkout; NexDocs does not collect full card numbers or CVV codes.
10. Governing law and contact
