Can I make a quotation without VAT?
Yes. NexDocs supports quotations where VAT is not charged as well as quotations where the user deliberately selects VAT treatment. Only charge VAT when your business is entitled and required to do so.
Can customer details be left blank?
Some general or walk-in quotations may not need full customer details. NexDocs keeps optional commercial fields optional rather than blocking the document unnecessarily.
Can I download the quotation?
Yes. After you complete and review the document in your workspace, available exports include PDF and Word.
